Key responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of engineers and technicians to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the Technical Department.
- Develop and implement maintenance programs to guarantee proper operation of all systems and equipment.
- Manage and monitor the department’s budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Coordinate closely with other departments to ensure hotel operations run without technical disruptions.
- Ensure full compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all maintenance work and repairs.
- Stay informed on the latest engineering and technical developments and propose improvements to enhance operational performance.
