Key responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of engineers and technicians to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the Technical Department.
• Develop and implement maintenance programs to guarantee proper operation of all systems and equipment.
• Manage and monitor the department’s budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Coordinate closely with other departments to ensure hotel operations run without technical disruptions.
• Ensure full compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all maintenance work and repairs.
• Stay informed on the latest engineering and technical developments and propose improvements to enhance operational performance.
